Make sure you are pushing the flour against the pot sides, this helps all the flour to cook so that there is no lumps. Slowly add more water if needed, the water is to help it to cook but you do not want it to drown in the water. You want to finish with a wet round ball that has very little to no lumps. Serve alongside your favorite african dish, enjoy!
