  • Castor Oil. Applying castor oil not only promotes the drain of the boil and pimple but can be used to help clean it as well. Apply the castor oil directly on the infected area and cover it with a gauze strip.
  • Soda and Iodine. Iodine can help disinfect the boil and pimple while the baking soda draws the pus out of the infection. Create a thick paste by combining baking soda and iodine ointment.
  • Salt Water Mixture. How can you draw out an infection using salt? Clean the area with warm salt water to help disinfect the area and protect it from a recurring infection.
