QUICK GARLIC LIME MARINATED PORK CHOPS
These garlic lime pork chops are so EASY to make, and they only take 10 minutes to cook. I usually make them in my broiler but they are also great on the grill, they come out juicy and SO flavorful!

- Trim fat off pork. In a large bowl season pork with garlic, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Squeeze lime juice and some zest from the lime and let it marinade at least 20 minutes.
- To broil: line broiler pan with foil for easy clean up. Place pork chops on the broiler pan and broil about 4-5 minutes on each side or until browned. To grill, grill over medium-high 4 to 5 minutes on each side.

- In a small bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. Pour 1-1/4 cups marinade into a large shallow dish. Add the pork; turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Cover remaining marinade for basting; refrigerate., Drain pork, discarding marinade. On a lightly oiled rack, grill chops, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 4-6 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 160°, basting occasionally with reserved marinade. This is very simple meal. It is similar to some other Croatian recipes (like Samobor pork chops) with difference: you can do it just in a frying pan. The sauce has not very garlic taste and should not have.

- Hit the pork chop with a bat to make it thinner. Season it with salt and pepper. Pour over pork chop olive oil and add sliced garlic. Leave it in refrigerator at least 45 minutes.
- Heat the frying pan (preferably Teflon one) and then put pork chop inches Fry until one side is done, than turn to the other side.
- When done remove pork chop to a plate and add into pan garlic, some olive oil and flour. Fry for 30 seconds and add some water and parsley leaves. When you get creamy sauce it is done.
- Pour sauce over pork chops and serve. The sauce must not be too thick, so experience will tell you exactly the proper measures.
