2 cups strawberry ice cream, softened, but not melted
6 oz vanilla flavored vodka
2 oz grenadine
½ cup rose water
2 drops red food coloring
15 oz lemon lime soda
½ teaspoon pink luster dust

Steps:

In a large bowl, whisk together the strawberry ice cream, vanilla-flavored vodka, grenadine, rose water, red food coloring, lemon-lime soda and pink luster dust until well combined.
Ladle into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
Enjoy!

Add the butterfly pea powder to the sparkling water and whisk until dissolved. It will fizz up a bit, so use a tall glass or liquid measuring cup so you don't make a mess.
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice and add the gin, St. Germain and simple syrup. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
Add in the sparkling water mixture and shake gently for a few seconds, just to combine, then pour into a glass over ice.
