POLISH EGG SALAD
This creamy-style egg salad is quite common in Poland. It has a similar consistency than egg salad with mayo but it is made with cream cheese. Lovely in a sandwich with fresh cress.

- Combine cream cheese and butter in a bowl and mash with a fork. If mixture is too thick, add more softened butter. Mix in eggs and onion. Season with salt and pepper; serve with parsley.

- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water. Place pasta in a large bowl; add the sausage, olives and Parmesan cheese. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar and salad dressing mix. Stir into the pasta mixture. Add croutons and toss to coat. Serve immediately.

- Peel potatoes,boil until tender,dice small.
- Dice carrots,celery,tomatoes,eggs,pickle, and onion.
- Peel and core apple. Dice. Add to carrot mixture.
- Mix together dressing ingredients.
- Combine dressing and vegetables and refrigerate at least 3 hours.

POLISH PASTA SALAD
Steps:
- boil pasta,kielbasa ,cabbage togeather,when ready cut kielbasa,and cabbage into bite size pieces. Dice onions, peppers, cukes,and olives, chop tomatoes .Mix all ingriedients in bowl with dressing and diced cheese. Serve chilled.
