PISTACHIO MALLOW SALAD

- In a large bowl, combine whipped topping, pudding mix and food coloring if desired. Fold in the marshmallows and pineapple. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Just before serving, top with additional whipped topping if desired, sprinkle with nuts.

- 1. In medium mixing/serving bowl , mix together pudding and cool whip until blended well, add crushed pineapple (or oranges), cherries and marshmallows .. stir until well blended. (if too dry add 1-2 Tbs cold milk) Keep cold until ready to serve. Stir before serving. Note: add optional walnuts and coconut flakes if desired. ( and / or )

- Combine dry pudding mix, pineapple, nuts and 1 cup marshmallows in large bowl. Gently stir in 1 tub COOL WHIP.
- Add 2 cups of the remaining marshmallows to remaining COOL WHIP in separate bowl; mix lightly.
- Layer half each of the pudding mixture and marshmallow mixture in large serving bowl; repeat layers. Top with remaining marshmallows and cherries. Refrigerate 1 hour.
