- In a microwave, melt butterscotch chips and butter; stir until smooth. Cool for 10 minutes. , In a large bowl, beat the eggs, brown sugar and vanilla until blended. Beat in butterscotch mixture. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; gradually add to batter and beat until mix well. Stir in the marshmallows, chocolate chips and nuts. , Spread into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake at 325° for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (do not overbake). Cool completely on a wire rack.

- In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt marshmallows and milk. Remove from heat and cool, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in lemon extract, pineapple and whipped cream. Mix well.
- Combine graham crumbs and butter. Press 1 1/2 cups into a 13 x 9" pan.
- Spread the pineapple mixture on top. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.
- Refrigerate 2 - 3 hours before serving.

- Combine everything except pineapple, chocolate and nuts. Put half of the dough in a small bowl. To one half, add the pineapple and mix well. To the other half, add the chocolate and walnuts, and mix well.
- Spread chocolate mixture in bottom of greased 13x9 pan. Spread pineapple mixture over the chocolate layer. Use a butter knife to cut through the layers and marbelize.
- Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes. Cool; cut into bars.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Butter and flour a 13x9 inch cake pan.
- Put the flour, salt, cinnamon and baking powder in a sifter. Sift into a bowl. Set aside until needed.
- Cream together the butter and sugar in a large bowl. Beat in the eggs and vanilla, adding the eggs one at a time. Mix in the dry ingredients slowly. Remove 1 cup of the batter, mix it in with the pineapple in another bowl along with half of the marshmallows. Add the melted chocolate to the large bowl of batter. Stir in the nuts and half of the marshmallows.
- Evenly put about 1 - 2 cups of the chocolate batter in the bottom of the 13x9 pan. Evenly put the pineapple batter on top of the chocolate layer. Put the remaining chocolate batter on top of the pineapple layer
- Bake for 25 minutes. Cool. Cut into desired size bars.
MARSHMALLOW PINEAPPLE DESSERT
This is a light refreshing dessert we always had growing up on the 3 holidays. (Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter) My mom & my aunts would always stay up late cutting up the marshmallows, laughing & talking. I make mine more simply and use the mini marshmallows. :)mmmmmmm Its pretty simple too.

- In a large serving bowl empty bag of marshmallows.
- Open pineapple and pour over marshmallows, and stir well.
- Let soak, stirring every couple of hours, to let pineapple juice soak into marshmallows.
- About an hour before serving, add cool whip, stir well, and place back in refrigerator for flavors to blend.
