3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 to 2 tablespoons 2% milk
4 cups shredded cabbage
3/4 cup pineapple tidbits
Paprika, optional

Steps:

For dressing, mix first 4 ingredients. Place cabbage and pineapple in a large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat., Refrigerate until serving. If desired, sprinkle with paprika.

2 c or 1 small head of shredded cabbage
2-3 med apples cored and diced, with peels on.
1 can (16oz) crushed pineapple, drained
3/4 C mayonaise

Steps:

1. Mix all ingredients together, toss well. Cover and Chill at least 1 hr. before serving. Serve Chilled.

1/4 cup shaved carrot
3/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon celery seed
2 tablespoons sugar (or 2 sugar twin)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened pineapple tidbits
4 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/3 cup raisins
2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps:

Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons juice (discard remaining juice or save for another use). In a large bowl, combine the pineapple, cabbage, carrot and raisins. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, horseradish, celery seed, salt and reserved pineapple juice; shake well. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
