1 banana
1 6-ounce container plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup ice cubes
Grated nutmeg

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine crushed pineapple with juice, banana, yogurt, and ice cubes. Puree until smooth. Sprinkle with grated nutmeg and serve.

  • Blitz the pineapple in a blender with the banana, lime juice and 50ml cold water until smooth.
  • Fill a tall glass with ice, if you like, pour over the smoothie and serve immediately.
