PICKLE ROLL UPS WITH HAM (PINWHEELS)
Easy to make and popular with most everyone, pickle roll ups (pinwheels) are a failproof appetizer. Pickle roll ups with ham are perfect for lunchboxes, too.

Steps:
- Spread approximately 1 tablespoon softened cream cheese on each tortilla, going nearly to the edges. Arrange ham on each tortilla. Place pickle spear on one edge. Beginning at the pickle side, roll tortilla up tightly.
- Tightly wrap each roll individually in plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Slice into 1 -inch pinwheels to serve.

PICKLES,HAM AND CREAM CHEESE PINWHEELS
We're always ready for a party. With a jar of dill pickles,cream cheese and a package of ham slices in the fridge this only takes a few minutes to make up! A great hit with everyone!

- Lay slices of ham on paper towel, place another towel on top and blot gently,spread cream cheese on ham slices. Take a pickle in a paper towel and squeeze gently to remove most of the juice. Lay on the ham slice and roll up tightly.
- When the pickles are all rolled take a very sharp knife and slice into pinwheels cut the ends off and set aside. Lay the slices on serving platter.
- I can't keep anyone watching to keep from eating as I'm cutting, so I tell them the ends are fair game!
- When I buy my pickles, I look for the ones that are long,straight and slender, it makes rolling them up easier.

- In a food processor, add the cream cheese, salami and horseradish; cover and process until blended. Spread over ham slices. , Remove stems and ends of okra pickles. Place 2 or 3 okra pickles or 1 dill pickle down the center of each ham slice. Roll up tightly and cover. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Cut into 1-in. pieces.

- Heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Mix the cheeses together. Mix through the pickle and English mustard powder. Unravel the pastry on a lightly floured surface, spread the cheese mixture over and tightly roll into a sausage shape from the longest side. Trim off the ends. Cut into 10 rounds and put on a lined baking sheet (swirl-side up), brush with the egg and bake for 15-20 mins or until golden brown. Leave to cool a little before eating.

- 1. Mix cream cheese & onion soup mix 2. Pat dill pickle dry with paper towel 3. Take 2-3 pieces of meat (depending on size of pickle), and place them on a cutting board overlapping half of each with the next. 4. Spread cream cheese mixture over meat (you determine how much) 5. Lay a whole pickle at the end of your ham/cheese bed, and roll it up 6. Chill for an hour or two, then slice into desired thickness and lay flat on tray. Using parchment paper between each layer of slices is very helpful when trying to separate slices.

- Rinse the feta cheese, and pat dry with paper towels. Cut into half-inch cubes. In a 1 pint glass jar, place a layer of cheese cubes, followed by a layer of thyme. Repeat layers until the jar is nearly full. Whisk together the white wine vinegar and honey; pour over the cheese until the jar is full. Screw the lid on, and leave in the refrigerator to marinate for at least one day.
