1 pkg. (32 oz.) ORE-IDA TATER TOTS
1 green pepper, cut into thin strips
1 small onion, cut into thin slices, separated into rings
1/2 lb. thinly shaved roast beef, cut into thin strips
2 VELVEETA Fresh Packs (4 oz. each), cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 Tbsp. milk

Steps:

Heat oven to 425ºF.
Bake TATER TOTS as directed on package.
Meanwhile, cook peppers and onions in medium nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add meat; cook on medium-low heat 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Microwave VELVEETA and milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 30 sec.
Spread TATER TOTS onto platter; top with meat mixture. Drizzle with VELVEETA sauce.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place frozen tater tots in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet (line with aluminum foil for easier clean-up). Bake 15 to 20 minutes until crispy (or per package directions).
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Gradually whisk in the milk, making sure any lumps are broken up until the sauce is slightly thickened. Add shredded cheese and stir until melted. Keep warm until ready to use.
Place beef in freezer for 30 minutes. Remove from freezer and season steak with salt and pepper, gently rubbing it into the meat. Cut beef across the grain into thin slices.
