El pay (tarta) es el postre favorito durante Thanksgiving. Esta receta con camotes de temporada le da una textura y un sabor incomparable.

- Calienta el horno a 325ºF.
- Tritura 40 galletas hasta formar migas finas; ponlas en un tazón mediano. Añade 1/4 taza de mantequilla y 2 cdas. de azúcar; mezcla todo bien. Presiona esto contra el fondo y los lados de un molde para tarta de 9 pulgs. Tritura gruesamente las galletas restantes; mézclalas bien con la mantequilla restante. Reserva para usarlas después.
- Bate bien, con una batidora eléctrica, los ingredientes restantes, excepto los malvaviscos; vierte la mezcla sobre la base.
- Hornea la tarta de 50 a 55 min. o hasta que al insertar un cuchillo al centro, éste salga limpio. Ponle encima la mezcla de galletas y los malvaviscos; hornéala durante 5 min. más o hasta que los malvaviscos estén inflados. Deja enfriar completamente la tarta.
