Steps:
- Sift flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix with 1 cup sugar; slowly stir in milk to make batter. Melt butter in 8x8x2-inch pan. Pour batter over melted butter. Do not stir. Mix peaches with remaining 1 cup sugar and carefully spoon over batter. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Serve hot or cold, with cream if desired.

- Drain pineapple, reserving juice; add enough water to drained juice to make 1 cup. Dissolve cornstarch in 1/2 cup juice. Stir into remaining juice and combine with sugar, pineapple, coconut, and pecan pieces. Cook, stirring, over medium heat until thickened. Cool. Slice bananas evenly into bottom of pie shell; cover with blueberries. Pour pineapple filling over top. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Chill thoroughly before serving.

Note: For filling, use enough fresh fruit of any kind, sugared, to cover bottom of 2-quart casserole, or use canned cherries, blackberries, etc. If using canned fruit, use 1/4 cup sugar and 1 cup of juice.
