PAULA DEEN'S PEANUT BUTTER BARS

Steps:

• 1. For the bars: Preheat oven to 350 Degrees, Grease and flour a 9x13 pan (I only had a 9x11 so I used that). Melt butter and peanut butter together over hot water. (I put it in a pan and on simmer it was fast and easy)
• 2. Pour into remaining ingredients and stir well. Pour into greased and floured pan and bake 25-30 minutes. (I did 35 as mine was in a smaller pan.) Cook and cut into squares.
• 3. NOTE: Besides the things I stated above at the 30 minute mark I took them out of the oven and topped with the frosting and returned it to the oven 5-10 minutes more. For the frosting just mix all together adding enough water to make a regular icing and frost the hot bars. The frosting will be thin and melty at this point. Return to oven 5-10 minutes until it bubbles or looks really hot and remove and cool. cut and serve

PAULA DEEN'S PEANUT BUTTER PIE

Steps:

• Whip the cream cheese until fluffy, then beat in the sugar and peanut butter.
• Slowly add the milk, blending well.
• Fold the Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture and spoon this into the pie crust.
• Sprinkle with peanuts.

PAULA DEEN'S PEANUT BUTTER TOFFEE BARS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350.
• Line a 13x9 pan with foil.
• Spray with cooking spray.
• In large bowl,combine oats,flour,brown sugar,peanuts and baking soda.
• Using a pastry blender,cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
• Press half of the oat mixture firmly into bottom of prepared pan.
• Bake for 20 minutes.
• In a medium bowl,beat cream cheese,peanut butter,sugar and egg at medium speed with a mixer until combined.
• Spoon mixture over prepared crust,spreading to edges.
• Sprinkle evenly with toffee bits.
• Cover evenly with remaining half of oat mixture.
• Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
• Let cool before serving.
