Ingredients

3/4 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Berry Blue Flavor Gelatin
ice cubes
1/2 cup cold water
1/4 cup raspberries
1/2 cup chopped strawberries
1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Steps:

Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice cubes to cold water to measure 1-1/4 cups. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Stir in raspberries.
Layer half each of the gelatin mixture and strawberries evenly in 4 parfait glasses; cover completely with half the COOL WHIP, spreading to side of each glass. Repeat layers.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until gelatin is firm.
