Ingredients

2 c fresh passion fruit pulp with seeds, blended in a blender
3 c ginger beer (not ginger ale, but the spicier ginger beer)
3 c bitter lemon soda
1 1/2 c white rum (optional)
16 dash(es) angostura bitters
truvia or simple syrup to taste.

Steps:

1. Blend passion fruit pulp in a blender or with an immersion blender. Add a little water if necessary - just enough to get it to blend. If you're adding the rum, use this instead of water to help it blend.
2. Strain out the crushed seeds if you want to do so. I don't.
3. Mix it all together in a punch bowl with ice.
4. Taste for sweetness and adjust as needed. Some ginger beers are WAAAY too sweet for my taste. Others are balanced. Stir gently if you add a sweetener so not to disturb the carbonation too much.

3 cups coconut rum
1 cup peach brandy
1 (16 ounce) can passion fruit juice
2 quarts orange juice
2 quarts pineapple juice
1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 (2 quart) bottle 7-Up soda (lemon soda)
lots ice

Steps:

In a punch bowl mix first 6 ingredients add ice.
Just before serving add soda.
Drink up.

3 cups passion fruit juice
4 teaspoons honey
1 cup cachaça

Steps:

Place 1/2 cup juice and the honey in a pitcher. Stir to dissolve honey. Stir in remaining juice.
Add cachaa and stir. Place ice in 4 highball glasses; pour juice mixture over it. Serve with straws.

6 passion fruit
2 cups pineapple juice
2 cups lemonade

Steps:

Pour half the orange juice into ice-cube trays and freeze overnight.
Cut passionfruit in half and scoop out pulp with a teaspoon. Combine with juices and lemonade in a jug. Serve over orange-juice ice-cubes.
