⅓ cup (from one 9.6 oz. can) GOYA® Passion Fruit Cocktail, chilled
2 tsp. orange liqueur
⅔ cup Prosecco or sparkling white grape juice, chilled
2 fresh raspberries, for garnish
Orange peel curl (optional), for garnish

Steps:

Step 1 Combine passion fruit cocktail and liqueur in champagne flute. Slowly add Prosecco (or sparkling white grape juice), and drop in 2 raspberries. Garnish with orange peel, if desired. More Cooking Tips

1 cup chilled passion fruit blend nectar
1/2 teaspoon Angostura bitters
1 cup chilled champagne or other sparkling white wine
4 fresh raspberries or small strawberries
1 orange slice, cut in half

Steps:

Divide nectar and bitters between 2 chilled champagne flutes. Add champagne. Drop 2 berries into each drink. Garnish with orange.

3 passion fruit
1 bottle (750ml) Champagne, chilled

Steps:

Cut passion fruits in half crosswise. Divide seeds and any juice among 6 Champagne flutes. Top with Champagne, and serve immediately.
For a seedless alternative, place seeds and any juice into a fine-mesh strainer over a bowl. Extract as much juice as possible by pressing a rubber spatula against the seeds. Each fruit should yield about 2 teaspoons of juice. Place 1 tablespoon passion-fruit juice into each glass, and top with Champagne. Serve immediately.
