PARMESAN GARLIC BREAD
This is a recipe I came up with myself. It is great with most Italian dishes. It can be doubled as needed.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, mix butter, garlic salt, rosemary, basil, thyme, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese.
- Spread each half of the French bread with equal portions of the butter mixture. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
- Place bread halves, crusts down, on a medium baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are very lightly browned.

PARMESAN GARLIC HERB QUICK BREAD
This Parmesan Garlic Herb Quick Bread is a tender, flavorful bread that makes a great side dish to any meal.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease or spray with nonstick cooking spray a standard 9x5 loaf pan.
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a medium mixing bowl. Gently mix in the grated Parmesan cheese.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the oil, buttermilk and egg.
- Pour the liquid ingredients over the dry ingredients. Gently stir and fold the ingredients until all the flour has been incorporated and a wet batter is formed. Gently fold in the herbs and garlic. Be careful not to over-mix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading to the edges.
- Bake in the preheated 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes. When finished, the loaf should be domed and golden, and a toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before removing, slicing and serving.
- Wrap cooled loaves tightly in plastic wrap and store at room temperature for up to a week. For freezer storage, wrap in plastic and aluminum foil and frozen for up to three months.

- In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and loaf size if available. Bake according to bread machine directions (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or flour if needed). Freeze option: Securely wrap and freeze cooled loaf in foil and place in resealable plastic freezer bag. To use, thaw at room temperature.

- Generously grease the inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray. Set aside 1 tablespoon each of Parmesan and Cheddar cheeses.
- Combine baking mix, milk, remaining Parmesan and Cheddar cheeses, egg whites, minced onion, and garlic salt in a bowl until well mixed. Pour into the prepared slow cooker and sprinkle reserved Parmesan and Cheddar over top.
- Cook on High until bread is cooked through, about 1 hour.
