ORANGE SLICES BAR COOKIES, MY WAY
Orange candy slices are a favorite of mine, and my daughters, not to mention the in laws! So this is a great way to have a treat with them, add pecans and YUM! For ease, I used my cutco kitchen shears to cut them into the batter. You will love these easy treats. You could probably do any flavor you like, but the orange is AMAZING!

Steps:
- Beat eggs and brown sugar well. Then add flour, and scrape down bowl of kitchen aid. Remove bowl from mixer, stir in pecans and orange slices (cutting directly into the bowl) into batter. Batter will be very thick. Spray 11x17 cookie sheet with Pam with Flour in it (or grease and flour, but this is faster). Spread the dough evenly over cookie sheet with sides. Bake at 350 degrees 25 min. Cut into bars immediately, then let cool in the pan.
- NOTE: I made this in a 9x13 cookie sheet, I think I should have stuck with the 11x17. Less thick makes it easier to eat with the candy inside...
