Ingredients

1 (6-ounce) can pineapple juice
1 cup grapefruit-flavored soda (recommended: Fresca)
3 shots vodka
2 tablespoons frozen limeade concentrate (recommended: Minute Maid)
Ice cubes
Lime wheels/lime rind or pineapple wedge, for garnish

Steps:

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend for 30 to 40 seconds, until frothy. Pour into serving glasses. Garnish with a pineapple wedge or lime wheel.

If using a juicer you want to remove the skins of the orange and pineapple. Remove the rind of the orange as well as citrus fruit rind can add a bitter taste. Add the pineapple, orange, and ginger to the juicer and enjoy over ice or as is.
In a blender, also make sure the skins of the pineapple, orange, and ginger are removed and rind is also removed from the orange. You can remove the skin of the ginger with a knife or vegetable peeler. Then add the pineapple, orange, and ginger to the blender and blend until smooth. Strain through a mesh nut bag or enjoy with the pulp over ice or as is.
