2 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup cold butter, cubed
FILLING:
4 large eggs
1-1/2 cups corn syrup
1-1/2 cups sugar
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2-1/2 cups chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar and salt; cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press into a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake 20 minutes., For filling, in a large bowl, whisk eggs, corn syrup, sugar, melted butter and vanilla. Stir in pecans. Spread over hot crust., Bake 25-30 minutes longer or until filling is set. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Cut into bars.

1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
2 tablespoons cold butter
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
TOPPING:
2 tablespoons beaten egg
1-1/2 teaspoons whole milk
3/4 teaspoon grated orange zest
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
1/4 cup chopped fresh or frozen cranberries
2 tablespoons sweetened shredded coconut
2 tablespoons chopped pecans

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine flour and sugar; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in pecans. Press into an 8x4-in. loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes., Meanwhile, in another bowl, combine the egg, milk, orange zest and vanilla. Combine sugar and flour; gradually add to egg mixture and mix well. Fold in the cranberries, coconut and pecans. Spread over crust. , Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.

1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 large egg
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in egg, orange juice and zest. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in pecans. Shape dough into two 11-1/2-in. rolls; wrap in plastic. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. , Unwrap; cut into 1/4-in. slices. Place 2 in. apart on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks to cool.

1 package yellow cake mix (regular size)
1/3 cup butter, softened
1 large egg, room temperature
FILLING:
1-1/2 cups corn syrup
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs, room temperature
1 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 13x9-in. baking pan with foil; grease foil., Reserve 2/3 cup cake mix; set aside. Combine remaining cake mix, butter and 1 egg; beat on low speed until blended. Press onto bottom of prepared pan. Bake 15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack., For filling, beat corn syrup, brown sugar, vanilla and reserved cake mix until blended. Add eggs; beat on low speed just until combined. Pour over warm crust; sprinkle with pecans., Bake until center is set, 25-30 minutes longer. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack. To serve, refrigerate at least 15 minutes. Lift out of pan; discard foil, then cut into bars.

1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 large egg yolk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
FILLING:
1 cup packed brown sugar
3 large egg whites
1 large egg
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon orange extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cups salted cashews, coarsely chopped
ICING:
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
4 teaspoons orange juice
1 teaspoon grated orange zest

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugars until smooth. Beat in egg yolk and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour., Press dough onto bottom and 1/4 in. up sides of a 13x9-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake 15-20 minutes or until edges are light brown. Cool 10 minutes on a wire rack., For filling, in a large bowl, beat brown sugar, egg whites, egg, flour, extracts and salt until smooth. Stir in cashews. Pour into crust. 1 1/4 cups orange marmalade
sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.In a large mixer bowl at medium speed, beat butter until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in 1 cup sugar, egg, and salt. At low speed, gradually beat in flour and nuts until moistened and well blended. Reserve 1 1/2 cups of the mixture for topping. Pat remaining mixture into pan and press lightly. Evenly spread marmalade over dough to within 1/2 inch of all edges. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture over marmalade. Sprinkle surface with sugar.Bake 30 to 40 minutes until medium brown. Cool pan on a wire rack. While warm, cut into bars.Cover and store in a cool place.
