Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 cup oil
1/2 cup water
1 (19 ounce) can pumpkin
2 1/2 cups flour
2 1/4 cups sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup golden raisin
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
4 ounces cream cheese
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups icing sugar
2 tablespoons finely chopped walnuts (optional)

Steps:

Beat together eggs, oil, water and pumpkin.
Add flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, raisins and walnuts.
Mix and pour into 2 loaf pans.
Bake at 350 for 1 1/4 hours.
Cool, then remove from pans.
Beat together cream cheese, butter, vanilla and icing sugar.
Spread over cakes.
Sprinkle with chopped walnuts if desired.
