• ½ cup fresh mint
• 2 tablespoons hemp
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1. Place cherries in blender topped with Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla and pulse to mash. 2. Rinse fresh mint, cut off woody stems and add. Add hemp seeds, cinnamon and raw honey, if using, and blend until smooth. 2 cups milk, divided use
1/4 cup instant hot cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract
1 pint vanilla ice cream

Steps:

  • Heat 1/2 cup milk in microwave until heated, but not boiling.
  • Combine hot milk and cocoa mix in the blender and process until smooth.
  • Add remaining milk and extracts and blend well.
  • Add ice cream and process until mixture is smooth.
  • Serve immediately.

Cherries are high in antioxidants to protect your health and have the bonus of containing melatonin to aid sleep. Using any cherry will do, if you can't find them fresh using frozen works just as well.
