ROTINI PASTA WITH BROCCOLI CREAM SAUCE
A sure to please pasta dish made with a garlicky pureed broccoli cream sauce and topped with Parmesan cheese. Doesn't get any better than this.

Steps:
- Cook broccoli in boiling salted water until tender.
- Reserve cooking water and remove broccoli to cool in ice water.
- Replace cooking water on heat and let it return to a boil.
- Cook pasta in water until tender and drain well.
- With food processor running, drop cloves of garlic into top feeder tube and let run until garlic is minced.
- Add broccoli and cream and process until smooth.
- Remove broccoli mixture to large skillet, add butter and heat slowly only until the butter melts.
- Add pasta to broccoli cream and heat through until thickened.
- Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Place on serving plate and top with Parmesan cheese.
PASTA WITH TASTY BROCCOLI SAUCE
This is really YUMMY and healthy too! You can also play with this recipe and add some sweet bell peppers, spicy crushed red pepper flakes or shredded cheese.

Steps:
- In a medium saucepan cook onion and garlic in olive oil over a low heat until onions are soft.
- Add chicken broth and broccoli and bring to a boil, season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and boil gently for about 10 minutes, or until broccoli is very tender, stir occasionally.
- Place broccoli mixture in a food processor or blender with lemon juice and parmesan cheese. Pulse a few times until smooth.
- Toss pasta and sauce together and serve.
- Enjoy!

Steps:
- Cook noodles in a large pot of boiling salted water, 12-15 minutes.
- Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a Dutch oven sauté the onion in the butter until soft.
- Add the broccoli and cook, stirring until the broccoli is tender, but still firm.
- Add garlic, parsley, salt and oregano.
- Stir in flour and add milk, mixing thoroughly.
- Add cottage cheese and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
- Combine noodles with broccoli sauce and stir in grated cheese.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Serve immediately.
