This non-alcoholic cocktail uses granadilla, a type of passion fruit which is both sweet and sour - it makes a fruity spritz with slight tartness.

- Tip the passion fruit pulp, lime juice and sugar syrup into a wine glass and gently muddle using a muddler or the end of a rolling pin.
