Number Of Ingredients 6

3/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 large egg yolk, room temperature
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons raspberry or strawberry preserves
Confectioners' sugar, optional

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolk; mix well. Stir in the flour by hand. On a lightly floured surface, gently knead dough for 2-3 minutes or until thoroughly combined. , Roll into 1-in. balls. Place 2 in. apart on greased baking sheets. Using the end of a wooden spoon handle, make an indention in the center of each. Fill each with 1/4 teaspoon preserves. , Bake for 13-15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Remove to wire racks. Dust warm cookies with confectioners' sugar if desired. Cool.

This cookie recipe is my own personal recipe I would just love to share with the world. What makes them so special is that the eggs are replaced with milk. Without the eggs it give the outside a cookie like shell but with a moist cakey inside.

1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
¼ cup white sugar
½ teaspoon baking soda
2 pinches salt
½ cup honey
⅓ cup milk
¼ cup butter, softened
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
½ cup vanilla chips
½ cup confectioners' sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Whisk together the flour, white sugar, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  • Beat honey, milk, butter, and vanilla extract together in a large bowl until smooth.
  • Stir the flour mixture into the honey mixture until just combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate and vanilla chips.
  • Roll the dough into walnut-sized balls and place 2 inches apart onto nonstick baking sheets.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 15 to 18 minutes.
  • Allow cookies to cool; dust with confectioners' sugar.

1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
Assorted decorations (colored sprinkles, colored sugars, assorted small candies)
decorating icings or gels

Steps:

  • Dip bottoms of cookies in chocolate; place on waxed paper-covered baking sheets. Let stand until chocolate is firm.
  • Add decorations, attaching to cookies with icings or remaining melted chocolate.
  • Write messages on cookies with icings.

I just rearranged the recipe from my old recipe and turned this one into my sweetheart,cookie,add lots of my favorites honey ,nuts and lots of love into .DECORATED with nice frosting,or cheese and chocolates colors.SO YUMMY and what every your Heart desires.

1/4 teaspoon(s) almond extract(bakery fusion almond extract)
3/4 cup(s) good honey
2 cup(s) gold medal flour
3/4 cup(s) butter
1/2 cup(s) almonds finely chopped

Steps:

  • START by prepare the mixture by beating the butter,honey,and almond extract,together with electric mixer.
  • Keep mixing comsiderably ,smooth past by the end of this step.
  • ADD A cup of paste and beat well.ONCE this is done,go ahead and ,add another cup of flour to it. Beat well the ingredients,until you have a smooth cookie dough at hands.
  • NOW ADD the chopped almonds to the cookie dough. YOU CAN cut the dough into hearts squares circles,hot lips,and so on.TO WHAT EVER SHAPE YOU LIKE TO MAKE IT.
  • WHEN BAKING THIS COOKIES ENSURE that you are baking them at the right temperature. Your timing has to be right,No room for any mistakes here. BAKE 350* for 1/2 hour or so check on them ,make sure not to overcook them. ONCE cookies are baked,take them out . COOL them decorated them with hot red or pink frosting and even sprinkles,or crystal red and different colors. TAKE YOUR COOKIE AND ROLL IT ON THE EDGES WITH CRUSHED ALMONDS.
