Steps:
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Beat the egg white with the water until soft peaks form.
- Stir in nuts.
- In another bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients.
- Sprinkle this over the nuts, toss or stir well.
- Transfer to a buttered cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes, up to 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- You want the nuts to be dry.
- Remove from heat, cool and serve.

- Continue to boil until all liquid is absorbed. (aprox. 25-30 min).
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Spread nuts on lightly greased jelly roll pan and sprinkle with salt to your liking and.
- bake 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and gently stir, sprinkle with more salt to your liking and bake 20 minutes more.
- Cool completely and store in an airtight container.

- Put in fry pan and cook until the water is gone (about 5 minutes).
- Put on buttered cookie sheet and salt peanuts.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Stir; then bake 15 minutes longer.

KNOCK OFF BEER NUTS
WE live in the heart of peanut country. Most people here like boiled peanuts. Not my favorite. I recieve about 25 pounds of raw peanuts every fall from a friend so I came up with my version of "Beer Nuts". I hope you enjoy these yummy nuts.

- In a medium saucepan over medium to medium-high heat, stir together water, sugar, and peanuts. Bring to a boil. Boil, stirring regularly, until water is absorbed. It will turn from a syrupy consistency to a grainy sugar consistency.
- Spread peanuts out onto a rimmed 11″ x 17″ pan, breaking up any large pieces of peanuts that have clumped together. Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes for a lighter coating and crunch, or 30 minutes for a deeper darker coating, stirring after the first 15 minutes. Let cool on pan. Store in an airtight container once completely cooled.
