4 pounds chicken wings
1/2 cup spicy brown mustard
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup butter, cubed
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°. Line two 15x10x1-in. baking pans with foil; grease foil. Using a sharp knife, cut through the 2 chicken wing joints; discard wing tips. Place remaining wings in prepared pans. , In a small saucepan, combine remaining ingredients; bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Pour over wings, turning to coat. Bake 30-40 minutes on each side or until wings are glazed and chicken juices run clear.

2 pounds chicken wings, separated at joints, tips discarded
salt to taste
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
3 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil; coat the aluminum foil with cooking spray.
  • Arrange the wings on the prepared baking sheet so they do not touch; season with salt.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until browned and crispy on top, about 20 minutes. Flip the wings with tongs and cook until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 20 minutes more.
  • Stir together the Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, honey, cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and hot sauce in large mixing bowl. Add the wings to the bowl and toss with a spatula to coat evenly. Allow to sit for about five minutes and toss again to re-coat. Transfer to a plate to serve.

1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 tablespoons dijon-style mustard
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1 cup dried breadcrumbs
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon ground cumin
20 chicken wings, wing tips cut off and discarded and the wings halved at the joint

Steps:

  • In a shallow dish whisk together the butter, the mustard, and the cayenne.
  • In another shallow dish combine well the bread crumbs, the parmesan, the cumin, and salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Dip the chicken wings, a few at a time, in the butter mixture, letting the excess drip off, coat them with the crumb mixture, and arrange them without touching in a greased shallow baking pan.
  • Bake the chicken wings in the lower third of a preheated 425°F oven for 30 minutes (If extra-crisp chicken wings are desired, turn the wings after 20 minutes).

2 lbs chicken wings
1/4 cup stone ground mustard
4 scallions, chopped
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 lemon, zested and juiced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon Hungarian paprika
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons fine sea salt
1 teaspoon dried thyme

Steps:

  • Rinse your chicken, drain, and pat dry. Set aside. In a bowl, mix together all the following 11 ingredients. Adjust the salt, heat, acid, and spice seasoning according to your tastes.
  • Add 2/3 of the marinade into a ziplock bag, add the chicken wings, massage the bag to coat the chicken, and refridgerate overnight. Reserve the remaining 1/3 for brushing on your wings later. A half hour before grilling, remove from the fridge to allow the chicken to return to room temperature.
  • Pre-heat grill on med-high heat.
  • Place chicken on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, basting with the reserved sauce 1-2 minutes before being done.

1/4 cup dijon-style mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 lbs chicken wings, wing tips cut off and reserved for stock
2 cups fine fresh rye breadcrumbs
2 teaspoons caraway seeds

Steps:

  • In a bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, the vinegar, the mustard and the salt,add the wings,toss them until they are coated well.
