1 lb Lean Ground Beef
1 24 oz Bag of Mini Potato Dumplings*
8 oz bag of Baby Portobello Mushrooms, sliced
1 Onion, diced
6 Cloves of Garlic, minced
1 c Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 c Worcestershire Sauce
2 c Swiss Cheese, shredded
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Salt and Pepper, to taste
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp Oil
1 15 oz can of Cream of Mushroom Soup

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cook dumplings according to the directions on the packaging. **
  • Place a pan over medium/high heat and add a little butter and oil.
  • When the pan is hot, add the mushrooms and onion. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the garlic and Italian Seasoning. Cook for 1-2 minutes until you smell the garlic coming up from the pan.
  • Add the ground beef and cook until brown and no longer pink.
  • Add the cream of mushroom soup, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and let simmer a couple of minutes.
  • Add the beef mixture and the dumplings to a greased, 9x13, baking dish. Stir everything together. Top with shredded Swiss cheese, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and place under broiler for a few minutes to get bubbly and brown.
  • Serve and Enjoy!

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup
1 (4.5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 pound ground beef
½ teaspoon monosodium glutamate (MSG)
½ teaspoon seasoned salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
4 hamburger buns, split
4 slices of Swiss-style processed cheese

Steps:

  • Mix golden mushroom soup, sliced mushrooms, and Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan over low heat and simmer while you complete the remaining steps. Stir sauce occasionally.
  • Mix ground beef with monosodium glutamate, seasoned salt, and black pepper in a bowl; form 4 patties from the ground beef and pan-fry in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
  • Place each burger onto the bottom of a hamburger bun and top each with a slice Swiss-style processed cheese. Spoon 1 to 2 tablespoons of sauce over the cheese, place the bun tops onto the sandwiches, and serve.

2 lbs lean hamburger
1 cup onion, chopped
8 ounces sauerkraut
8 ounces mushrooms
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
8 slices provolone cheese
2 (8 ounce) cans crescent rolls

Steps:

  • 1. Brown hamburger with onion and season to taste. (I usually use salt, pepper, and minced garlic), then drain. Add back to pan and add sauerkraut and simmer for 5 minute.
  • 2. Add one tube of rolls to bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
  • 3. Top with hamburger mixture.
  • 4. add mozzarella and cheddar cheese,
  • 5. add mushrooms.
  • 6. top with provolone slices.
  • 7. Top with remaining tube of rolls.
  • 8. Bake at 350 35- 40 minute.

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 cloves crushed garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Cajun-style seasoning
1 cup chopped green onion
1 (8 ounce) package sliced fresh mushrooms
4 slices Swiss cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine oil and garlic in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Add chicken breasts and coat well with the oil and garlic. Sprinkle with the vinegar and Cajun seasoning.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes.
  • Remove chicken from oven and cover with green onion and mushrooms; then add a few more sprinkles of oil and vinegar and return dish to oven for 15 to 20 minutes more. Remove from oven and immediately place 1 slice of cheese on top of each chicken breast; cheese will melt. Serve immediately.

2 1/2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons butter
1 cup sour cream
6 eggs
2 cups milk
3 cups swiss cheese, shredded
6 cups French bread, cubed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Brown sausage in a skillet. Drain fat and set aside. Saute onions and mushrooms in butter until onion is tender. Mix in browned sausage.

1 ounce(s) french bread,cubed
2 tablespoon(s) butter,melted and divided
1/2 cup(s) grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup(s) chopped red onion
2 - garlic cloves,minced
3 cup(s) sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup(s) three cheese alfredo sauce
1/2 cup(s) cold whole milk
1/2 cup(s) whipped cream cheese
1 3/4 cup(s) shredded swiss cheese,divided
1/4 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  • Prepare rice according to package directions.Set aside.
  • While rice cooks,place bread in a food processor;pulse 15 times or until fine crumbs measure 1/2 cup.Add 1 tablespoon to butter to processor;pulse until combined.Add parmesan cheese to until combined.
