1/4 cup unsalted almonds
1/4 cup unsalted walnuts
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 cup nonfat milk
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups mixed berries, fresh or frozen (strawberries sliced)

Steps:

  • Toast the nuts in a dry skillet over a medium-high heat until golden and fragrant, about 3 minutes. Chop them coarsely then set aside. In a medium bowl, stir together the yogurt, milk, honey, oats, and vanilla. Divide the oat mixture evenly among 4 small dishes or parfait glasses. Top each with a half cup of berries, then 2 tablespoons of nuts. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.

1 container (6 oz) Liberté® Méditerranée coconut yogurt
1/4 cup Nature Valley™ toasted oats muesli original
1/2 cup fresh mixed berries

Steps:

  • In parfait glass or dessert dish, spoon about half of the yogurt. Sprinkle with about 3 tablespoons of the muesli. Add remaining yogurt. Top with berries, and sprinkle remaining tablespoon of muesli over berries.
  • Serve immediately.
