COPYCAT KELSEYS' 4 CHEESE SPINACH DIP

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine the cream cheese, garlic powder, Parmesan, and Romano with a hand or stand mixer on medium speed until well mixed. Add the red bell pepper and green onion and mix on medium-low until just mixed in. Add the spinach and mix on low. Transfer the mixture to an ovenproof dish and top with cheddar cheese and cayenne. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15-18 minutes or until the edges are bubbly. Remove the dish from the oven and let sit for 5-7 minutes before serving. Serve with fried or baked pita wedges or tortilla chips.

Steps:

• mix all ingredients together in an oven safe dish and bake for 10 min at 350 to melt the cheeses and heat through.

SPINACH DIP WITH PITA CRISPS

Steps:

• Place spinach in a colander; squeeze out excess liquid.
• Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add scallions and garlic; cook, stirring often, until softened, about 3 minutes.
• Transfer to a large bowl. Add spinach, sour cream, cheese, lemon juice, hot sauce, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper; stir well. Serve with Pita Crisps.

BEST SPINACH DIP EVER

Steps:

• In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, dry leek soup mix, water chestnuts and chopped spinach. Chill in the refrigerator 6 hours, or overnight.
• Remove top and interior of sourdough bread. Fill with mayonnaise mixture. Tear removed bread chunks into pieces for dipping.
