- In a bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until well blended. Combine the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt; gradually add to pumpkin mixture and mix well. Pour into an ungreased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until set. Cool completely. , For icing, beat the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, butter and vanilla in a small bowl. Add enough milk to achieve spreading consistency. Spread icing over bars. Store in the refrigerator.

This is a favorite among my family. My mom has been making these since I was a little kid, and I have only grown to like them more! Even if you don't like pumpkin, you're sure to like these! They are a tasty treat! :-)

Steps:
- Mix the first four ingredients in a bowl (eggs through pumpkin).
- Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl (flour through nutmeg). Combine flour mixture with wet mixture. Beat together until combined.
- Pour into two 9 x 13 inch pans. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
- To prepare the cream cheese frosting, combine the listed ingredients (cream cheese through powdered sugar). Add more milk or powdered sugar to reach desired consistency.
- Frost bars when cool. Enjoy! :-).
