Steps:
- In a deep size wok add oil, add vegetables, little by little. Always try to add the hardes cooking vegetables.
- Add ginger, cilantro and soy sauce.
- Make sure vegetables are "al dente".
- Add shrimp, (can be substituted for chicken, beef or pork, your taste).
- Remove from heat.
- Add peanuts, season with a little bit of black pepper and salt.
- (It will ideal with a bed of white rice or the pasta of your choice).
