Ingredients

16.5 oz cookie dough
¼ cup cocoa powder
4.5 oz chocolate mint thin, chopped, 1 box

Steps:

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
Combine the cookie dough, cocoa powder, and mint chocolate chunks until evenly distributed.
Using an ice cream scoop, place 6 scoops of dough on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 14 minutes.

Ingredients

ritz cracker
white chocolate chip
mint extract
shredded coconut
1 tablespoon coconut oil
orange gel frosting
1 tablespoon black gel frosting
lollipop stick

Steps:

Microwave the chocolate chips for 30 seconds. Stir and microwave for an additional 30 seconds. Stir again. Chips should be fully melted.
Top one cracker with melted chocolate and shredded coconut. Place lollipop stick on cracker and top with more white chocolate and a second cracker, making a sandwich. Repeat as many times as desired and freeze the pops until the the chocolate is hard.
Melt more chocolate and add some mint extract (about ½ tsp per pound of chocolate) and coconut oil (about 1 Tbsp. per pound of chocolate).
Dip pops in chocolate and swirl until completely coated.
Carefully cut holes in the Ritz box to hold your lollipops. Freeze until hard.
Use the orange and black frosting to decorate your lollipops.

7-1/2 cups instant chocolate drink mix
1 package (25.6 ounces) nonfat dry milk powder
2-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 cup powdered nondairy creamer
25 peppermint candies, crushed
Miniature marshmallows
EACH SERVING:
1 cup hot whole milk

Steps:

Combine the first five ingredients. Divide into gift bags or place in an airtight container, adding miniature marshmallows as desired. Mix may be stored in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months., To prepare hot cocoa: Place 1/3 cup cocoa mix in a mug. Stir in hot milk until blended. Add as many marshmallows as desired.

1 teaspoon peppermint extract
5 cups rice cereal
1 cup powdered sugar
¼ cup cocoa powder
½ cup mint chocolate candy
1 ½ cups semi sweet chocolate
1 teaspoon coconut oil

Steps:

In a medium bowl, mix coconut oil and chocolate. Melt in microwave for 60 seconds. Stir every 15 seconds until melted.
Add extract into melted chocolate.
Place cereal in large bowl. Mix in melted chocolate and stir until evenly coated.
In a large plastic bag, add powdered sugar and cocoa powder.
Close and shake until each cereal is coated with sugar. Add in mint chocolate candies.
Enjoy!
