Steps:
- Gently combine beef, bell pepper, Worcestershire and oregano. Shape into 12 mini patties.
- Grill or broil patties 4 to 6 minutes for medium doneness (160°F internal temperature), turning once.
- Arrange lettuce on rolls. Place burgers on rolls and top with Cheddar cheese.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place dried onions and water in a bowl. Mix well and microwave for about 30-45 seconds. Let sit for 15 minutes, set aside (drain if onions are too wet).
- Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup later on.
- In a large bowl mix the ground beef, onion soup mix, peanut butter, and milk.
- Spread the ground beef mixture on the baking sheet and try to get it as thin as you can.
- Prick the beef with a fork.
- Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and drain liquid.
- Place cheese slices on top of the ground beef.
- Sprinkle the re-hydrated onions evenly over the cheese.
- Place the tops of the buns on top of the burgers (set aside the bottoms of the buns for later).
- Bake another 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and cut into 12 squares.
- Using a spatula pick up each slider and place it on the bottom bun.
- Serve with the condiments of your choice.

Steps:
- cut the chicken into 12 small patty size pieces. Pound down to make about 1/2 inch thick or so.
- Get a dipping station ready. 1 dish will have the milk and eggs beat together. The other will have the flour, salt and garlic pepper mixed together.
- heat fryer oil to 350 degrees.
- dip chicken in flour then eggs and back into flour.
- sit on baking sheet. do this to all and then place in freezer for about 10 minutes.
- take out of freezer and fry for about 5 minutes or until temp reaches minute of 165.
- Meanwhile, toast the buns in a skillet by spreading a little butter on them and fry at med heat for a few minutes.
- Assemble sandwiched. The sauce is optional, I sometimes will use ranch instead or mayo.I also like onions and lettuce on it but the kids do not so I posted this recipe without them.
