Here's what you need: stuffing mix, water, melted butter, celery, apple

Number Of Ingredients 5

10 oz stuffing mix
1 ½ cups water
4 tablespoons melted butter
1 stalk celery, sliced
1 apple, diced

Steps:

  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, add the stuffing mix, then pour in the water and melted butter and stir until evenly mixed.
  • Cover with a kitchen towel and microwave on full power for 2 minutes.
  • Remove the bowl from the microwave, add the celery and apple, and stir until well mixed.
  • Cover and microwave for 2 more minutes. Remove the bowl and stir, then cover and microwave for 1 minute more until stuffing is moist and a little crispy on the edges.
  • Enjoy!

1 large egg
1/2 cup 2% milk
2 tablespoons chopped celery
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoon rubbed sage
1/8 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
1-3/4 cups unseasoned stuffing cubes

Steps:

  • In a microwave-safe dish, beat egg and milk. Stir in the celery, onion and seasonings. Add stuffing cubes; mix well. Let stand for 5 minutes. , Cover and microwave on high for 1 minute; stir. Cook for 1 minute; stir. Cook 30 seconds longer or until heated through.

1 1/4 cups broth, fruit juice, or water
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup butter or margarine
3 cups cornbread or seasoned stuffing mix

Steps:

  • 1. Place the broth, fruit juice, or water; celery; onion; and butter or margarine in a 2-quart microwave-safe casserole dish. Cover and heat on high (100-percent) power for 4 minutes, or until boiling. (Note that cooking times may have to be increased or decreased, depending on the power of your microwave.) 2. Remove the casserole from the microwave oven and stir in the stuffing mix. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. 3. Return the casserole to the oven and heat on high (100-percent) power for 1 minute, or until the liquid has been absorbed and the stuffing is hot. Fluff with a fork before serving.
