MEXICAN FIESTA BITES
a friend gave me this recipe. i made it a few times . it is a great appetizer to make for a party . next weekend , i am making these to bring to a baby shower . very tasty and easy recipe . my family is crazy about these . they go fast.

Steps:
- 1. preheat oven to 350. place i won ton wrap in each mini muffin cups, sprayed with cooking spray with edges of wrapper extending over top of cups . makes 24 cups
- 2. bake cups for 5 minutes. meanwhile combine cooked crumbled italian sausages, with salsa.
- 3. spoon sausages mixture in each won ton cups.bake 10 minutes or until mixture is heated through, and edges are golden brown.
- 4. top with cheese .bake 1 or 2 minutes until cheese is melted. top with sour cream and chives. enjoy , just delicious!!!!!!

- In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, picante sauce, taco seasoning and garlic powder until smooth. Stir in olives, chiles, cheese and onions. Spread about 1/2 cup on each tortilla. , Roll up jelly-roll style; wrap. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Slice into 1-in. pieces. Serve with salsa.
