PINEAPPLE MARGARITA RECIPE

Steps:

• Cut a notch in a lime wedge, then run the lime around the rim of a glass. Dip the edge of the rim into a plate of salt (or for a festive look, use Margarita Salt).
• Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice. Shake until cold. Strain the margarita into the glass with the salted rim. Fill the glass with ice and serve.

MELON, PINEAPPLE AND GRAPE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Remove the seeds from the cantaloupe half and use a melon baller to scoop out even-size balls.
• Use a sharp knife to cut the skin from the pineapple.
• Cut the pineapple into bite-size chunks.
• Combine all the fruits in a serving dish and pour the white grape juice over them.
• Serve immeadiately or cover and chill.

PINEAPPLE FIZZ COCKTAIL

Steps:

• In shaker filled with ice, blend pineapple juice, sugar/syrup and rum; strain into chilled hurricane glass with ice cubes.
• Fill with Club Soda; stir.

FUZZY MELON COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Shake and strain into a highball glass.
