½ pound ground pork
½ pound ground beef
¼ cup rolled oats
¼ cup milk
1 large egg, lightly beaten
¾ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, diced
⅔ cup pure maple syrup
¼ cup prepared yellow mustard
2 tablespoons ketchup
½ teaspoon hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®)
¼ teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Combine ground pork, ground beef, oats, milk, egg, salt, garlic powder, and pepper in a large bowl. Shape into 24 meatballs, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs until evenly browned, about 8 to 10 minutes. Place meatballs into an 8x8-inch casserole dish and scatter onion over top.
  • Combine maple syrup, mustard, ketchup, hot pepper sauce, and salt for sauce in a medium bowl. Pour over meatballs and toss to coat.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until set and cooked through, about 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.

1 cup real maple syrup
4 tablespoons prepared Dijon-style mustard
2 ½ tablespoons cider vinegar
2 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Stir together the maple syrup, mustard, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Place pork roast in a shallow roasting pan. Spread glaze evenly over pork roast.
  • Roast pork in the preheated oven uncovered, until internal temperature measured with a meat thermometer reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C), about 1 hour. Remove from oven, and let rest about 10 minutes before slicing to serve.

1 large egg
5 tablespoons oats
¼ cup diced onion
¼ cup grated apple
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon granulated garlic
4 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon German stone ground mustard

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Combine ground beef, oats, egg, onion, apple, cream, maple syrup, thyme, salt, pepper, and garlic in a bowl; mix until well combined. Roll beef mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  • Stir together 4 tablespoons maple syrup and mustard in a small bowl and brush meatballs with the glaze.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Turn meatballs over and baste with glaze. Bake until cooked through, about 10 minutes more. Serve immediately.

3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon rubbed sage
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 pork tenderloins (3/4 pound each)
1 teaspoon butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1-3/4 teaspoons Dijon mustard

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°. Mix seasonings; sprinkle over pork. In a large nonstick skillet, heat butter over medium heat; brown tenderloins on all sides. Transfer to a foil-lined 15x10x1-in. pan. Roast 10 minutes., Meanwhile, for glaze, in same skillet, mix syrup, vinegar and mustard; bring to a boil, stirring to loosen browned bits from pan. Cook and stir until slightly thickened, 1-2 minutes; remove from heat., Brush 1 tablespoon glaze over pork; continue roasting until a thermometer inserted in pork reads 145°, 7-10 minutes, brushing halfway through with remaining glaze. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.

1 medium yellow onion, diced
1 small granny smith apple, peeled, cored, finely diced
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 lb ground pork
1 egg
1/2 cup unseasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon ground fennel
1/2 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
2 teaspoons tomato paste
1/2 cup apple juice
2 teaspoons cider vinegar

Steps:

  • To make meatballs: Line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion. Cook until translucent, 7 to 10 minutes. Stir in apples, ginger and garlic. Cook 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Cool.
  • In a large bowl, combine pork, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, maple syrup, fennel, red pepper flakes, salt and black pepper. Add onion mixture. Mix with your hands until uniform. Roll by tablespoonfuls into 1-inch balls. Arrange on prepared sheet. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • To make glaze: Whisk together maple syrup, tomato paste, apple juice and vinegar in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until reduced by half, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from heat. Cool slightly.
  • Brush meatballs with half of glaze. Bake 10 minutes. Brush with remaining glaze. Bake 5 to 10 minutes longer or until cooked through. Serve warm.

1 (5 pound) pork loin roast
¼ cup butter, melted
¼ cup white vinegar
⅓ cup light maple flavored pancake syrup
1 tablespoon cornstarch
¼ cup brown sugar

Steps:

  • Place the roast into a large resealable bag. In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, vinegar, pancake syrup, cornstarch and brown sugar. Pour into the bag with the roast. Seal, and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place the roast into a roasting pan or large Dutch oven, and pour the marinade over it.
  • Cover, and roast for 1 hour in the preheated oven. Remove the lid, and continue roasting until the top is browned and the internal temperature is at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C) when taken with a meat thermometer. Remove from the oven, and let rest for about 10 minutes before carving. The internal temperature should increase by 10 degrees.

1 egg
1 shallot, finely chopped
1/4 cup apple butter
1/4 cup real maple syrup
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400° F. Line a rimmed cookie sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray.
  • In large bowl, stir Meatball ingredients with wooden spoon or your hands until well combined. Shape mixture into 36 to 40 (1-inch) meatballs; place 1 inch apart on cookie sheet.
  • Bake about 10 minutes or until no longer pink in center (160° F).
  • Meanwhile, in small bowl, stir Glaze ingredients until well combined.

3/4 cup 2% milk
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
