- Add water, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and sweetener (if using).
- Pulse until you reach the desired consistency.

- Peel and pit 1 ripe mango and cut into pieces. In a food processor purée mango with 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice until smooth. Purée keeps, covered and chilled, 3 days. Drizzle purée decoratively onto plates.

- To begin with, take mango, wash them under running water and peel them. Also, chop them and put them in the same blender along with little water. (Note- You can use a hand blender for the smoother texture.)
- Once done, put the puree in a refrigerator for about half an hour. Serve chilled. If you want it sweeter, you can add one tbsp powdered sugar.
