2 apples, sliced
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup toasted PLANTERS Pecans, chopped
1/4 cup KRAFT Light House Italian Dressing

Steps:

TOSS spinach with apples, celery and pecans in large bowl.
ADD dressing; mix lightly.

1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
1 package (6 ounces) fresh baby spinach
1 medium apple, chopped
1 small red onion, chopped
1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

In a small bowl, whisk the first six ingredients. In a salad bowl, combine the spinach, apple, onion, blue cheese and walnuts. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat. Serve immediately.

2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons canola oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 cup diced unpeeled apple
1/4 cup chopped sweet onion
1/4 cup raisins
2 cups torn fresh spinach
2 cups torn romaine

Steps:

In a small bowl, combine vinegar, oil, salt and sugar; mix well. Add apple, onion and raisins; toss lightly to coat. Cover and let stand for 10 minutes. , Just before serving, combine spinach and romaine in a large salad bowl; add dressing and toss.

1 small tart apple
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

Wash spinach and remove tough stems. Break spinach into bite-size pieces.
Wash apple and cut into thin strips, leaving peel on.
In a serving bowl, whisk the oil, lemon juice and vinegar; add the spinach and apple, and mix thoroughly to coat well. Season with pepper.
