Top each with a slice of pepperoni and about 1 tablespoon of cheese. Bake at 425° for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.

Since school is starting soon and we are all looking for new ideas for packing lunches I decided I would share this eay recipe my boys loved taking in their lunches when they were little boys this recipe came from Quick Cooking July/August 1999. I sometimes change things up a bit and instead of pepperoni I'll use canadian bacon...
