BAKED BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS
These baked Buffalo chicken wings hit the oven, not the fryer, saving on fat and calories. Just like the original Buffalo wings, these baked Buffalo wings are coated in a tangy, spicy sauce and served with carrots, celery and your favorite creamy dipping sauce.

- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil. Place a wire rack on the baking sheet; coat with cooking spray. Pat wings dry and place in a medium bowl. Add oil and baking powder; toss to coat well. Arrange the wings in an even layer on the prepared rack. Bake until the skin is crispy and the chicken is thoroughly cooked, 45 to 50 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine hot sauce, butter and honey in a small saucepan; bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cook, swirling occasionally, until slightly reduced, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vinegar.
- Transfer the wings to a large bowl. Add the Buffalo sauce; toss until evenly coated. Transfer to a platter. If desired, serve with dressing, carrots and celery.

- Mix together flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt in a small bowl. Place chicken wings in a large dish and sprinkle flour mixture over them until well coated. Place on baking sheet and refrigerate for 1 hour, uncovered.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C).
- Bake wings in preheated oven until no longer pink at the bone and juices run clear, about 15 minutes per side.
- Combine butter, hot sauce, pepper, and garlic in a small saucepan over low heat. Cook and stir until butter is melted and mixture is well blended, about 3 minutes. Place chicken wings in serving bowl and add hot sauce mixture, mixing well.

- Preheat oven to 350°F Line jelly roll pan, 15 1/2×10 1/2×1 inch, with aluminum foil. Mix honey, ketchup, pepper sauce and Worcestershire sauce in resealable plastic food-storage bag. Add chicken. Seal bag and refrigerate at least 15 minutes but no longer than 24 hours, turning occasionally. Place chicken in pan; sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until crisp and juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut. Serve with celery sticks and sauce.
- To make dressing:.
- Place cottage cheese, vinegar, milk, half of the blue cheese, the white pepper and garlic in blender or food processor. Cover and blend on low speed until smooth and creamy. Spoon into serving dish. Stir in remaining blue cheese. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

- Put wings in a pot and boil them for about 15 minutes. This will help get most of the fat and cholesterol out.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Put olive on the baking sheet and bake wings in oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through and crispy.
- Meanwhile, in a small pot combine butter, Franks Hot Sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, and brown sugar. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 3 minutes.
- When wings are done baking, dip in sauce to coat well, and return coated wings to baking sheet. (if you want them dry, if you wan them wet, serve them after you dip them)
- Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees F and bake for another 10 minutes to let sauce bake inches.
- Remove from oven and ENJOY!

- Put wings in a large pot and boil for 15 minutes. This will help to get most of the chlesterol and fat out.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Spread olive oil on a baking sheet and bake wings 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a small pot, combine butter, hot sauce, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, worcestershire sauce, chili powder, cayenne, and cumin.
