LOW CARB BACON WRAPPED MEATLOAF
This low carb meatloaf is the perfect comfort food for this time of year. It's hard to go wrong with bacon wrapped meatloaf in my family!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Dice the green pepper, onion, and garlic.
- Add to a large bowl with the ground beef, eggs, almond flour, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Use your hands to combine.
- Shape mixture into a loaf and place in a 9x13 baking dish.
- Cut the bacon slices in half and drape over the meatloaf.
- Whisk together the ketchup and Italian dressing until combined. Spoon mixture over the bacon and spread to coat.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Increase heat to 425 and bake an additional 20 minutes or until temperature reaches 160 degrees.
- Let stand 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Mix together ground beef, ground pork, mushrooms, onion, mozzarella cheese, egg, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl until well combined. Form into a loaf shape and place in the middle of the prepared baking dish.
- Mix together tomato sauce, ketchup, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for sauce in a small bowl; pour over the meatloaf. Place bacon slices on top of the meatloaf.
- Bake, uncovered, in the preheated oven until bacon is cooked and meatloaf is no longer pink in the center, about 45 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
