1 can (46 oz) peach nectar, chilled
1 bottle (1 liter) ginger ale (4 1/4 cups), chilled
1 bottle (1 liter) lemon-lime soda (4 1/4 cups), chilled

Steps:

In punch bowl or large pitcher, mix all ingredients. Serve immediately.

I sampled this refreshing punch at my company's open house. Normally I don't like punch because it's too sweet -but this was so good, I couldn't get enough! The caterer kindly shared the recipe with me. With only three ingredients, it's also easy to make. -Ruth Baker, Akron, Ohio

Ingredients

2 medium peaches
2 liters carbonated water, chilled
1 can (11-1/2 ounces) frozen white grape peach juice concentrate, thawed

Steps:

Peel and cut peaches into 1/4-in. slices. Place on a waxed paper-lined 15x10-in. pan; freeze. Just before serving, mix carbonated water and concentrate in a punch bowl. Add peach slices.

1 64 ounce bottle V8 Splash Mango Peach Juice
1 liter bottle ginger ale soda
2 cups Simply Peach juice (or other peach juice, add more if desired)
2 10 ounce packages frozen peaches
1 lemon (sliced)
ice

Steps:

In a large punch bowl, mix together V8 juice, ginger ale soda, and peach juice.
Add in the frozen peach slices and lemon slices to float on top as garnish. Finish wish ice as desired.

Add water, sugar and gelatin to a large saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring until sugar and gelatin dissolve. Add to an extra large bowl along with pureed peaches, peach juice blend and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
Divide mixture between 2 large freezer bags and freeze for 8 hours or until firm. May freeze for up to 1 month.
When ready to serve, remove 1-2 freezer bags from freezer and let stand 1 hour. Add to punch bowl(s) or pitcher(s) and break into chunks with a fork. For each container of frozen peach mixture, stir in 1 liter ginger ale. Stir until slushy and sere immediately.
