LOLLY CAKE
From the 1965 WDFF Cookbook - those farmers's wives knew how to bake, or in this case, how not to bake. An easy uncooked yummy cake.

Steps:
- Crush the biscuits until fine.
- Heat the condensed milk carefully.
- Cut the marshmallows in half.
- Mix everything together.
- Roll into a log and roll in coconut until the outside is completely covered.
- Chill and allow to set.
- Slice when set.

- wrap in greaseproof paper.
- refridgerate 12 hours.

This is an old receipe of my mother's from New Zealand. It can be eaten with a coffee, or taken to someone's home as a gift. Absolutely for the sweet tooth!

- Stir in Fruit Puffs (cut into four) and crushed biscuits.
- Shape into log and cover with coconut.
