- Add the lime juice and alcoholic or non-alcoholic mixer (whiskey, gin, caper juice or simple syrup) to highball glass and stir.
- Fill with ice and top with sparkling water. Garnish with lime wedges.
GRAPE LIME RICKY

Steps:
- Combine the lime juice and Grape Simple Syrup in a highball or wine glass. Top off with some ginger ale or sparking water. Add ice, then stir and serve immediately.
- Combine the jelly and 1/2 cup water in a medium saucepot. Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat and stir until the jelly is dissolved. Let simmer until syrupy, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from the heat and cool completely.

- Put the cherries, lime, and sugar into a large rocks glass. Muddle the fruit and sugar by pressing them with a pestle or a wooden spoon until juicy and fragrant. Add the gin and crushed ice. Cover with a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously, or stir, until combined and chilled, about 30 seconds. (In general, by the time the shaker mists up the drink is ready.) Serve.

- In a small saucepan, combine the raspberries, honey or agave, mint, and ½ cup water. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the raspberries have broken down into a coarse mush, about 5 minutes.
- Remove the mint sprigs and puree in a food processor or blender until smooth. Optional: if you don’t want seeds in your drink, strain the raspberry mixture through a fine mesh sieve. I think you lose a little too much of it this way and I like fiber, so I chose not to.
