1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
2 containers (6 oz. each) raspberry low-fat yogurt
1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
1-1/4 cups fresh raspberries

Steps:

  • Add COOL WHIP to yogurt in medium bowl; stir with whisk until blended. Spoon into crust.
  • Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
  • Remove from freezer 15 min. before serving; let stand at room temperature to soften slightly. Top with raspberries just before serving.

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
Sugar substitute equivalent to 1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 cups fat-free lemon yogurt
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed
1 reduced-fat graham cracker crust (9 inches)
Optional: Lemon slice and mint

Steps:

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let stand for 1 minute. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 20 seconds. Stir in sugar substitute and lemon juice. Add yogurt and lemon zest; mix well. Fold in whipped topping; spoon into crust. , Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Garnish with lemon slices and mint if desired.

- crust:
2 cup(s) graham crackers, crushed
1/4 cup(s) sugar
1/2 cup(s) butter, melted
- filling:
1 package(s) lemon jello, sugar free
1/4 cup(s) boiling water
2 - containers 'light' lemon yogurt [6oz.]
8 ounce(s) fat-free cool whip, thawed
8 - inch pie plate
1 teaspoon(s) lemon extract, optional
- or
1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice, optional

Steps:

  • 1. Mix together the graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar until well mixed.
  • 2. Press into the bottom of the bottom of pie plate; refrigerate about 10 minutes.
  • 3. Whisk the Jello into the boiling water until dissolved; about 2 minutes. Let cool.
  • 4. Whisk the yogurt into the Jello; then whisk in the Cool whip thoroughly. [make sure the Jello is mixed in good].
  • 5. Pour into crust and refrigerate at least 2/3 hours.
  • 6, May be topped with a dollop of Cool Whip when serving.
  • 7. NOTE: This may be made with other flavored Jellos, as long as you use the same flavored yogurts. [like lime, raspberry, strawberry, orange] - I've tried them all. Also, you may use a graham craker crust instead of making your own. I always have graham craxkers on hand.

1 (9 inch) reduced fat graham cracker pie crust
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
½ cup white sugar
1 ½ tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
½ cup egg substitute
1 (8 ounce) container nonfat lemon yogurt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C.)
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in flour. Beat in lemon juice and egg substitute. Stir in yogurt. Pour into crust.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until filling is set. Allow to cool. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
