Lemon Jello Salad Recipes

LEMON JELLO SALAD

Steps:

• In a large bowl, dissolve jello in hot water. Add cold water and stir well. Pour contents into desired serving bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour to allow it to begin to set. Add drained pineapple to jello, mix. Add bananas to jello, mix. Top with marshmallows. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 4 hours or until set. Just prior to serving, blend heavy whipping cream, vanilla and sugar. until soft peaks form. Spread whipped cream on top of Jello and serve. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 2 days in a covered container.

LEMON-LIME JELLO SALAD

Steps:

• Mix the 2 packages of jello with the 2 cups boiling water. Stir to dissolve well.
• Add the cold water and chill the jello until it is just slightly thick.
• Stir in all remaining ingredients and chill until completely set.
• Serve and enjoy!

LEMON/LIME JELLO SALAD

Steps:

• Dissolve the jello in the hot water and then cream the cheese into it using a mixer, until smooth.
• Stir in the pineapple and nuts.
• Stir in the Sprite.
• Pour in a mold and chill.

LEMON JELLO SALAD

Steps:

• .set jello as usual when partially set (egg white consistency) add instant pudding, pineapple and juice.
• Fold in marshmalows and Cool Whip.
• Put all together in a 9x13 pan.
• Chill and serve.

ORANGE LEMON JELLO SALAD

Steps:

• Drain pineapple and save juice.
• Dissolve both gelatins in the boiling water.
• Add ice and stir to melt.
• Add drained pineapple, bananas, and lemon juice.
• Pour into a 9"x13" dish and refrigerate while making topping.
• Measure reserved pineapple juice in a 1 cup measuring cup & add water to make 1 cup.
• Mix juice, water, egg yolk, flour & sugar in a saucepan.
• Boil, stirring constantly, until thickened.
• Cool.
• Make Dream Whip as directed on package.
• Add to cooked mixture.
• Spread on top of gelatin mixture.
• Top with some grated cheese.
• NOTE: 1 pkg. prepared Dream Whip could be used instead of the Cool Whip.
