Lemon Cucumber Cocktail Recipes

LEMON CUCUMBER COCKTAIL

Steps:

• In a large pitcher, combine the club soda, gin, and lemon juice.
• Place a slice of lemon and cucumber in each of 12 glasses. Add about a cup of crushed ice to each glass. Pour the gin mixture into the glasses and garnish each with a mint sprig, if desired.

LEMON-CUCUMBER COCKTAIL

Steps:

• In a large pitcher, combine the club soda, gin and lemon juice.
• Place a lemon slice and a cucumber slice in each of 12 glasses. Add 1 cup crushed ice to each glass. Pour the gin mixture into the glasses and garnish each with a mint sprig, if desired.

LEMON & CUCUMBER LEMONADE

Steps:

• Note: Make lemonade according to your individual taste. More sweet or less sweet it is all up to you. I also make only enough lemonade to fill a pitcher 3/4 of they way full. To leave room for ice and in this case the sliced cucumbers and lemons.
• Make lemonade in a large pitcher.
• Add sliced cucumbers and lemons.
• Mix in the Reyka vodka (or vodka of your choice).
• Taste, adjust potency of vodka to your liking.
• Add ice.
• Garnish with a fresh spring of mint, optional
• Serve.

CUCUMBER COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Divide the ingredients in half, add each half to a cocktail shaker and shake to combine. Pour over rocks glasses filled with ice and serve.
